Searching to purchase property is boring and tedious. Vendors have over inflated price expectations, estate agents are geese, the costs of search, costs of transfer, conveyance and taxes are incredibly high. Valuation is based on relativity and there is no science to it. Personally I'd rather have a Pit Bull gnaw my testicles than have to go through this. I've saved hard and I mean hard, all my adult life in order to have a decent deposit, and still, still prices are just out of my reach.
